Stylish and quiet
I was tired of banging my head on the sharp corner of our old range hood and it was way too noisy. I purchased this unit yesterday and installed it today. I am a home handyman and it took me about 2 hrs start to finish. Fortunately the old vent lined up with the new unit, so that part was a breeze. My old damper was twisted and jammed shut in the flue, so very much appreciated that a new damper unit was included with the new unit. The quick install brackets were a great help supporting the unit in place while I secured it with screws. The lights are very bright in the highest setting and the fan is barely audible especially in the lower 2 settings. I definitely would recommend this product.

Achat de la hotte sans trop savoir la vrai puissance, (260 sur la boite d'origine, 300 selon le collant collé sur la boite, 375 selon le site de Rona. Les LED font un silement en continue très dérangeant puisqu'il s'agit de notre veilleuse.

j'ai acheté cette hotte avec hesitation pcq la boite dit 260 pcm.
les affiches posées par le representan Venmar disent 300 et on a vérifié à l'intérieur de l'appareil et le collant dit bien 300.
Une fois posée, elle est très faible et aspire seulement au plus haut niveau.
De plus, les boutons ne fonctionnent pas bien. il faut appuyer sur le coin du bouton pour que ça fonctionne ou peser très fort. comme il faut peser plusieurs fois à chaque utilisation pour faire le cycle 1-2-arret, j'ai bien peur que ces boutons ne résistent pas au temps.
Heureusement, Rona donne un bon service et cet après midi, on m'a dit qu'on me ferait l'échange. je la démonte demain et je la leur rapporte.

superbe, le look ajoute du cachet a la cuisine, assez silencieux sur les 2 premiere vitesse, bonne capacité d'évacuation des odeurs de cuisson. j'aurais aimé trois intensité de lumières au lieu de 2

Trop dispendieux pour le peux de fonctionnalité.
Les touches ne sont pas réactives. Le délais de 5 minutes à été enlevé par rapport au modèle précédent. La durabilité des led est question able. La qualité de fabrication est acceptable sans plus.
