Great product
The installation of a similar Moen faucet was a breeze. Getting the 20+ year old faucet was a struggle. The special wrench I bought 30 years ago was useless, the threads were almost welded together. Ended up using a saw and side angle grinder to cut the faucet off and the installation of the new one was so easy.

Love the removable hose.
After figuring out that the connections have changed in the last 34 years, it was a piece of cake to install after getting the correct adaptors. My housekeeper and mother are extremely happy with it. The brand is the only one I have ever used in many houses. This brand always lasts. In fact this product replaced a same brand installed by my father 34 years ago.

Defective after limited use.
Purchased 18 months ago and catridge is leaking at the base, also extremely low water volume as tubing is less than 1/"4 od.. takes 5 minutes to fill a kitchen sink. Liked Moen products previously but no more.

Bon rapport qualité/prix
Bon rapport qualité/prix. C’est ce que vous pouvez trouver de mieux dans les magasins à grande surface. Bien sûr vous pouvez trouver des robinets de meilleure qualité tout métal dans les centres de plomberie, voir même de qualité industrielle, mais à quel prix. Ce modèle Renzo est tout plastique à l’exception de la poignée, donc résistera plus longtemps dans un milieu où l’eau a un haut degré de calcaire comme chez nous. Relativement facile d’installation à en juger par le travail du plombier. Petit conseil, n’oubliez pas de conserver le petit outil en plastique qui sert à serrer l’écrou de montage du robinet, car sans cet accessoire il est impossible de serrer l’écrou autrement. Pourquoi je vous dis cela, tout simplement parce qu’il arrive qu’après quelques années de manipulations cet écrou se desserre.
