Replacing my kitchen faucet AGAIN but not with this brand
I bought the first Krause kitchen faucet in 2016 and it lasted until 2020; now this morning same issue with the replacement faucet where the water is leaking from the hose so I'm just going to replace with a different brand.

Stuck on Spray Function & Loud
It started out well, but after awhile, whenever I turn it on, it switches to the spray function without pushing the button and a few months ago it began making a loud sound when the sprayer turns on. Very dissatisfied! It’s a shame because I liked this faucet a lot.

What happened?
Bought this faucet to replace an older Kraus that was kind of beat up from years of use. Stayed with the brand because that old faucet was solid brass including the pull out spout and had that “quality” feel and performance. Greatly disappointed that this new faucet has a plastic pull out spout that feels cheap. Also because it’s plastic, the finish doesn’t match the rest of the faucet.
While not hundreds of dollars this faucet certainly wasn’t inexpensive and I expected more., at least the quality of the Kraus faucet it replaced.

Great...until
Purchased this faucet and love the look, fit, and it works great, however, 4 months after installation and the finish is coming off in strips. Not sure what the deal is but disappointed to say the least.
