Nice Hose
This seems to be a very durable shower hose. The fit and finish are on par with all the other hoses I have purchased in the past. The only downside and why I rated it a three is the fact that the hose should have been included with the spray head and vertical bar assembly. I did not realize that the hose was not included with the head and the vertical bar until the unit was installed in a bathroom remodel.

Excellent product
I had to order a longer set the alarm Connector for my shower and so I went your website and ordered the 72 inch it arrived quickly and well packaged and it is a very good product well made and has a soft cover of some kind

Gets the water where it needs to go
This shower hose gets the water from the wall to the hand sprayer like no other hose I've ever used. Well actually, it's just like every other hose I've ever used. But it does the job. It's easy to install. Note: the end fitting doesn't match the photo. The wall end is tapered similarly to the sprayer end. But the screw-on threads are exactly the same. When it was first installed it didn't hang quite straight, but it smoothed out after a few days.

Best Hose
I have used a number of other handshower hoses in the past. This metal one is the best by far. It doesn't kink, and it hangs nicely out of the way when not in use.

Perfect Length
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my 2nd Kohler 72" metal shower hose. The older one in a different bathroom is much heavier, so I really enjoyed the lighter weight of the hose. There was no need for a plumber, as it was a replacement for a plastic hose and I was able to install it myself. The hose was of excellent quality and the polished brass color is difficult to find. It was paired with a Kohler handheld shower. The plastic hoses have a tendency to leak, so metal is the preferred material from my experiences. The longer 72" length is more practical when bathing.
