Poor assembly and cheap threads
Leaks where their hose tightens to the unit. It was never tightned properly. Where your hose threads into the real the plastic male threads are cheap and fall apart. I bought this unit to replace my Ames Real Easy version because of the wall mountings are of the same dimensions.

Leaks Immediately! Don't Waste your money.
I installed this last night and right away noticed a leak. Thought it was from my connection but took it off the wall and noticed the internal hose connection was faulty and leaked. Wasted my time and returned it.

Cheap plastic
Bought to replace a similar unit as I already had the fixings on the exterior wall and didn't want to drill new holes. The connector for the main hose is poor quality plastic and not very accesible, resulting in a poor fit. The threads get damaged very easily and as a result it is already leaking after only 3 months use.

Poorly made with little consideration of function
The handle is useless on this thing so I reel the hose back by gripping the wheel which leaves me with cut up hands because of all the sharp plastic that wasn't sanded down in manufacturing or
whatever. I can't believe Proflow is a hose brand that churns trash out like this

150 ft Hose 5/8 inch diameter does not fit - retur
I installed it only to find out my 5/8" hose did not fit on the reel although it is advertised that way on the label. This would work with a 80 ft hose or less.
