Description
Made from high-speed steel, this Exchange-A-Blade auger bit is designed for optimized strength and durability. It features an aggressive screw point tip that offers fast boring into all types of wood, including particleboard, laminate, vinyl tile, wood flooring, and lumber. The unique 4-flute cutting head provides faster and cleaner cutting performance while extending bit lift. Aggressive screw point allows rapid drilling in all types of wood with minimal effort. The wood bit has a 1/4-inch hex shank that reduces slipping and works with 1/4-inch quick-change drill chucks. 1/2" diameter.
Ecological Attributes
This product is made from recycled alloy steel to reduce the use of raw materials. It is also part of the EAB Exchange Program which gives a credit toward the purchase of a new accessory when it is returned in stores for recycling.
