Can I easily install these lights in a socket for halogen bulbs? Can I simply screw it in the slot where the halogen bulb goes in?
How do I get a replacement? I bought these a month ago and one of them is already dead.

Lowest light level is very high
I bought these a few months ago with the expectation that they would work with my dimmers and while they do work their effective range is very low. That is, I need to raise the minimum light level to a quite high level so that they turn on when my dimmer is set to the lowest light level. This means that at the lowest light level they are very bright. If I had to approximate I'm getting maybe 100%-75% light level range versus the maybe 100%-15% light level I am getting on other recessed lights I have.
Giving it 2 stars because I haven't had other issues with them but I would definitely not recommend these for use with a dimmer which they are advertised for.
