I bought this the other day and after snapping 4 lines it jammed. I should’ve known better, I’ve bought chalk lines by Irwin before and had them jam too, but I needed one and it was all they had. As a professional contractor, I need my tools to work. I don’t have time to go through the hassle of returning them or stopping work to go buy a replacement. This cost me valuable time. If the store would’ve had any other brand I would have bought it. Now I have to go to another store to try and find a different brand that will actually work. I wish I didn’t have to give a star in order to place a review, that’s 1 star more than this product deserves.
