Amazing Saw
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this saw a few weeks ago and man what a beast this saw is. We recently had a tornado put down over thirty 24" or bigger trees on our property and the 545 Mark II has made light work out of the clean-up. Needless to say I may be giving another review once I've cut all the firewood we've been blessed with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this saw for 8 months and two chains now. It can take a 20" bar but i think the biggest recommendation is 18". Saw runs great with a small learning curve. Ive learned that pulling easier & smoother to be better than ripping full force like on my older saw. The first few uses I was disappointed to find a puddle of bar oil under the machine and I found a few other reviews this also happened with. THIS IS USER ERROR. The cap fits well and twists smooth and tight but is easy to get cross threaded and not notice. Havent had this issue again after the first month. Bar oil adjustment screw broke on first use, about to see how warranty service is. Knowing what i know now i would consider a bigger power head to accommodate a bigger bar instead of the "autotune" for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a beginner and never used a chainsaw, I'd give this saw a 4 I did everything in the Manual, for a cold start and it took alot of pulls on the pull cord to get the engine to turn over. flooded the engine and waited finally got it to run. Emptied a whole Tank of Premixed Husqvarna Gas run Idle for a bit and proceeded to cut some small Tree limbs, at half power.

Disappointed in so many ways.
I bought this saw 4 days ago and boy oh boy do i regret it!! Does anyone know where the Husqvarna of old went? This is NOT the same company.!!! After making 8 cuts with the 545 MK II, the chain falls off. And then, the chain will not go back on (Yes, I know how to install a chain!). This is absolutely absurd for a saw that costs as much as this one. Stihl is waaaaaaaaay better, go buy their product. Unbelievable.
