Worked for me
I have two portable 120 watt solar panels and connect them to a Bluetti E55 solar battery, and have had zero problems. Each panel was producing 95 watts and after combining 190 watts, so no loss.

I had to purchase this piece because of the proprietary 8mm connection. Living in rural Tennessee I got al lot of blank stares trying to source a local retailer for the Anderson Power Pole adapters.
I ended up having to custom make my own connectors through the very company that creates This adapter. I would have happily paid an up charge for something that was a bit more universal and less McGuyver.
Food for thought.
