The Kohler Simplice Touchless pull-down kitchen faucet is a great Up-grade for My Kitchen.
This was a great addition to my kitchen. The Simplice unit was easy to install. The instructions were very specific and easy to understand. An improvement to the installation instructions would be to highlight in bold letters "Insure the solenoid by-pass valve is in the open position."

Kohler faucet
I love my Kohler kitchen sink faucet especially automatic the shut on/off feature by the wave of a hand. It comes in very handy when cooking.

Frustrating Experience from
Doesn’t work
We purchased this faucet with high hopes as our elderly father as leaves the water on. The Kohler rep was great & tried to help us trouble shoot the issue. He sent us a replacement solenoid & that didn’t work either. We paid a plumber a lot of money to put in an expensive faucet & it still doesn’t work!

Awful Faucet
This worked for about four months and then stopped working as the water comes out with a very low flow of water. It is hard to cook or do dishes with very low flow of water. It is the worst faucet that I have ever purchased.

touchless works great!
We recently had this installed and are very happy with it. The touchless works well, and is easy to know if it is on, as there is a little light that turns on. My only complaint is that the extra button, which on my previous Kohler faucet was to "pause" the flow of water, does absolutely nothing on this faucet. Perhaps it is broken...will be reaching out to customer service. But I really hope it can be fixed, as I used that button every time I washed dishes on my old faucet, and specifically looked for a touchless that had that button.

Does not work!
The first one I bought the sensor did not work. Kohler sent a part and that did not fix it. They sent me a new faucet and that one dripped. I had to install 2 new parts on second one and multiple plumber visits to get the faucet working. This faucet has cost me twice the price I paid for it. Don't waste your money.

Touchless Kitchen Faucet is the Perfect Upgrade!
Purchased this faucet to upgrade my kitchen experience from an older non-touchless version. Food prep safety is greatly improved by not needing to touch anything to wash my hands between raw meat and vegetable preparations. Also very handy for quickly rinsing items after they have been washed by hand without leaving the water running or getting soapy hands all over the faucet. Economical and environmentally friendly!
