Quality and service
I initially purchased the wrong faucet for our new vanity sink. I contacted Kohler customer service for help in solving an issue that was my fault. The experience could not have been more pleasant. The replacement faucet was shipped out that same day for a Sunday delivery. Return authorization for the wrong faucet was also emailed to me that same day.

Beautiful
We put 2 of these in our bathroom and are more than happy with the waterflow. I was skeptical because of reviews but have had no issues.
The finish and weight of these faucets speak of their quality and are worth every cent.
We got polished chrome and are very happy with our choice.
