Works Great but Broken Component
Once I got used to how much snow load this unit can take I really like how well it works. With heavy or deeper snow, you need to push it slowly so as to not overload it. However, it has a flaw in some of the components are too flimsy. The battery cover on my unit cracked at the hinge and cannot be repaired. They stopped stocking the rear cover assembly which you need to purchase to fix. So my unit is now at risk of getting snow in the battery compartment. I purchased in 2020 and the rest of the machine is like new.

Not bad for the price if the load is light
I have had this unit for two winters, and it performs fairly well in light snow up to a few inches. Wet snow will make it bog down. But it does the job pretty well within those parameters. I can clear my driveway and the sidewalks on both sides of the street with one battery charge as long as the load is light. I cannot find information for a new impeller, which I may need since it is only plastic and will wear out with gravel and salt.

dont waste your money
used this for 3 winters, this snowblower can not handle anything more than a few inches of light fluffy snow. once the snow is heavier or wet, the machine will stop and you have to restart it. happens every foot or 2. i also bought an extra battery because i could never finish my driveway with one charge. when i asked greenworks about it, they said it can only handle light fluffy snow, so they cant help me with it. what a bad product and bad support.
