Battery Life Short
Battery only last. 20 minutes before losing charge. Craftsman advertises 1 hour run time but not getting anything near advertised run time.

Ugh
The bare floor attachment broke about a week in--haven't been able to get a replacement part for over a year. The attachment shown cleaning bare floors doesn't clean bare floors well. works great on carpet. Weight isn't bad. love that I can steal my husband's batteries.

Roller brush
Vacuum worked great until the roller brush stopped working. The roller brush locks up which makes the vacuum unusable. Very disappointed.

Excellent vacuum
Being able to use the same batteries as the tools puts this vacuum in the excellent category as there is nothing more annoying than not being able to finish the job because your battery runs out. Excellent power even on carpet. Swivel head is a nice feature. Only complaint is the dirt collector is a pain to clean compared to other vacuums but it’s a minor inconvenience

Best cordless stick vacuum around.
Ive previously had SHARK AND dyson stick vacuums. This Craftsman is better than any of them by a lot. First time i put a 4amp battery on it i thought it was going to pull my carpet up, amazing power and fantastic machine. Also love that it stands by itself. This makes the 11th V20 tool.

The battery does not hold a charge
I love the power and suction of the vacuum but I’ve owned it about a month and the battery won’t hold a charge! Immediately after displaying a fully charged battery, the minute I start it up it flashes 4 lights and shuts off. Worked great for about a month!

It's a handy device, lightweight and good for hardwood floors. But in less than two years the batteries are almost completely dead.
