Description
Innovative downdraft system compatible with virtually all self-contained cooktops. Sleek, trim styling complements any cooktop style or colour. Automatically raises into position with the touch of a button. Disappears flush with cooktop surface. Space-saving design lets you make the most of precious, under-counter cabinet space. Infinitely adjustable speed control is flush with the side of the unit; inconspicuous, yet easy to reach and simple to use. Blower discharges right, left or down and slides side-to-side to ease installation (insufficient space for built-in ovens). Front access panel allows easy cleaning.

Installed less than a year. Up/Down wont stop
This was bought in 2021 but wasn't installed until a year ago due to covid delays. Its currently unplugged because it wont stop going up and down. Want someone to come out and fix it? It is the same cost as a new one. Extremely disappointing.

The "Up/Down" function doesn't work properly
hi, hoping I get some help from broan here in this forum, I have the 2730/2736 eclipse and installer just installed it. Problem is, the down draft goes "up and down, up and down" and doesn't stop. The other thing is the "flap" is slightly bent, it bows upward in the middle.

Very nice unit.
Replaced another brand. Fit in the same opening, had to do a little venting work but went well.

switch problem?
I really like this product--which has been working perfectly in our kitchen. One problem that we are having lately is that when we turn it on, the hood is coming up but automatically going down. What do you think it's problem? Your advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Blower Will Not Come On
Bought a house with this unit installed and it will raise and lower, but the blower will not turn on. Appliance Tech won't fix it and my electrician won't fix it either...lol! Is there a special Broan service tech out there that works on these units?
