Not Bad! I wanted to buy Google Home not Google Nest as I already have Google Home, I think the company has stopped producing Google Homes. To be honest Home is better than Nest. The sound is way to good in Home.

About 70% to a reliable product.
I seem to be unplugging this unit way to often. About half my requests to display the feed from a camera ever get done and about a quarter of them go to a blank display on screen or some random screensaver image. Hey Google understands about half the commands and other times it decides to listen to the television and comes up with some weird answers. Surprised that the video feed is much more stable coming from the Nest doorbell than this unit. If you enjoy being frustrated by your electronic devices, go ahead and buy one.

"Hey Google..." has become the most spoken sentence-starter in our household! We use this every day, mostly for entertainment (music, news, etc) on the device. We haven't even scratched the surface with respect to syncing with other google smart devices. Looking forward to doing more!

Great device with loads of features!
Recently purchased my 2nd gen hub. Love the art that changes on screen. Accessing YouTube and other videos is so easy. Especially love the relaxation feature that you can fall asleep to, it's so real. It controls so many devices in my home. The screen is so clear and watching a video on it is very convenient. I would highly recommend this hub device to anyone who wants simplicity in their life. Love Google and use for everything, I even use a Google pixel 4xl mobile and links with it automatically as well.

Fairly Useless
Got this as a gift and it's extremely useless. The standalone speaker is much more user-friendly and helpful around the house, this is essentially a glorified clock. I'm extremely tech-savvy and I find it clunky, un-intuitive and difficult to use.
