Description
The Fakro LMS model is a heavy-duty, 350lb weight load capacity attic ladder. The ladder is made of powder-coated metal and folds close in three sections. The door is free from visible hardware once installed and can be painted to match any ceiling colour. A peripheral gasket lines the inside of the hatch frame and the door is insulated, creating a seal to reduce energy costs. The LMS includes plastic ladder ends, a lock, and an opening rod. Handrails, plastic ladder ends, finishing trim, and installation brackets are available accessories, sold separately. Fully assembled and ready to install. Rough opening 22.5 in x 47 in.
