I just want to make sure this has privacy curtains. it says double track allow simultaneous netting and curtains but does it come with the netting and curtains?

Yes, that is correct. The Double-Track System allows for simultaneous use of mosquito netting and curtains. The SOJAG Meridien 12 x 16 Gazebo comes with mosquito netting. However, the curtains are sold separately.
