This easy to use reel system can make keeping your pool warm and clean a breeze. Features wheels on the bottom of 1 of the ends for easy positioning. Can accommodate 4 in. tubes. Comes with easy-to-attach elastic straps. Turning wheels features rubber grips for comfort and traction. Frame is stainless steel. Dimensions: 16 in. H x 21 in. W. Materials: plastic/stainless steel. Note: Tubes are not included but may be purchased separately.
