Basic installation includes:

Review installation with customer at start of work. Move packaging from delivery point to the installation point. Remove product from packaging and inspect unit. Fastening the sun shelter, gazebo or pergola to the customer's level deck, concrete, inter locking or patio stones. Installers will supply fastening hardware. Install netting if it has been included with the gazebo (inside the same OEM box). Test to ensure proper operations. Review installation with customer upon completion. Final clean-up of the job site and move all packaging to customers instructed location on property. (see extra charge if customer wants that we dispose of the new packaging)

Basic Installation doesn’t include:

Any building permits or regional code considerations are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery of Product, Delivery available via the Rona delivery service. Clearing of brush or debris around the installation. There must be at least 2 ft clearance around structure. Mileage for Installation outside of 50 km radius from the store (1 way)
IMPORTANT: Cracking or splitting of stones, concrete or wood may occur during installation. We will not fix this. Further, it is the expectation that all products are installed to OEM specifications. Installation may not proceed should the customer wish to circumvent the OEM installation specifications.
