Best briquette on the market
I have used many bags of this Canadian all-natural charcoal in my smokers, and I highly recommend it. It smells great, gives an even and steady heat, and lasts for a very long time. The amount of ash left over is not any greater than other brands of charcoal. Contrary to one of the earlier reviews below, it does not leave any residue on the food.
