Did not fit the same brand regulator hose
I bought this today along with the regulator hose. Both from the same manufacturer. I did a dry fit by hand and it didn’t seat all the way so I figured with the sealant and a wrench it would work. I applied the sealant and tried to get the male extension and female regulator hose to connect and that failed. Now both have cured sealant and are unusable. I googled this issue and now see that the extension hose isn’t made to fit with the regulator hose, even though both are the same brand and the extension is supposed to extend the regulator. Extremely disappointed in this falsely advertised product and am out money for both hoses.

Compatibility issues
I looked up my product, by serial number, on the website & ordered the recommended replacement parts. When they arrived the hose connection was not compatible. I had to go to the local hardware store & buy a reducer to complete the connection.
