Stopped working
I purchased mine in 2016. I had to replace the lid three times from wind ripping it off. And now, as of this summer, it’ll only stay lit for less than a minute. I’m not going to waste money trying to fix the thermocouple or whatever happens to be wrong with it. Too bad because it looks nice and worked well when it actually worked.

You get what you pay for
I've had this unit 1.5 years, and it has stopped working. It may need a thermocouple or a new gas valve - who knows? I'll have to take it apart and see. I checked the manual and from what I can see the natural gas orifice isn't rated for high-altitude use, either. Wonderful...

Heater keeps shutting down
I purchased this unit one year ago. The unit will not stay on. After a few minutes of use the unit shuts down. Very disappointing. Hoping Rona will stand behind the product and either fix, replace or refund.
