Nice but with a design flaw
I have a sensor faucet at home (a different brand) and bought the Pfister Stellen for my mom. It’s a nice looking faucet and works well but I give it 3 stars because on mine, you can use the sensor OR just open the faucet handle to get water. On the Pfister Stellen, you get one or the other. If you choose sensor mode, the handle will not turn the water on and off. Or you can shut off the sensor mode and the handle will work. The reason this is inconvenient is that when friends come over who don’t have sensor faucets and aren’t use to waving their hands to turn it on and off, they automatically use the handle. This faucet does nothing when you open and close the handle if it is in sensor mode so they get confused. It should be able to work by sensor OR the handle and it doesn’t, you have to pick one.

Not worth the cost.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had to replace the head on this faucet 5 times.
It's cheap plastic and chips.
The buttons are plastic with a rubber cover and after a year of use the rubber wears away.

hands free feature stopped working after 6 months
I installed this faucet 6 months ago and it was working as advertised. The faucet is connected with electric power so batteries dying is not a problem. All of the sudden 6 months later the sensor stopped working as it was. Now it only works randomly which is very annoying. i have been trying to find troubleshooting directions to no avail. I can hear the control box clicking but the water doesnt shut off if running or open if close. Any ideas how i can fix this problem. This makes this faucet worthless

Broken Connector Water leak (second time)
I bought this model a year ago and after 8 months of service the hose starts to have water leak and a huge mess in our kitchen.
As the pieces have lifetime warranty I received a new one and just after 2.5 months of service the unit fails again in the same place.
It is a very nice looking piece, but seems it is made with low quality materials (cheap).
I will say that the customer service persons are very good trying to solve your problem, but it is really frustrating to keep sending emails about this .

Hands free stopped working
I purchased this faucet because it was a nice looking faucet at a decent price. I also thought the hands free operation would be nice. I had a professional plumber install the faucet. About one month after install the hands free feature stopped working. Since I didn't want to go through the hassle installing a new faucet, I never bothered to ask for a replacement, I just turned the hands free feature off, so the faucet could be used with the handle. No big deal, this worked fine for about 18 months. Now the electronics, which are turned off, are interfering with the faucet working at all. Aside from the garbage electronics, this is a nice looking faucet that would work fine. Until Pfister figures out how to make the electronics work properly, I would remove this feature from this product.

Great Features
Was a warranty replacement for other Kitchen Faucet, EXCELLENT customer service to quickly replace other faucet. Not sure why they didn't make hose that i needed for other faucet?? But all in all very pleased with new faucet, not quite as sensitive as our old automatic faucet, which is a good thing it does'nt turn it's self on like old one by accident when moving things in sink.

sensor works great
sensor works quick and fast yet doesnt turn on when hands are casually passing by farther away which avoids turning water on when you dont want it to.. you have to pass your hands within couple inches of sensor, which is a great improvement!!!!
another faucet we had water would turn on when we didnt want it to ex: like pouring the meat juice into a pan in sink for gravy and faucet would turn on and water would pour... things like that
