Description
Napoleon's Santoku Knife is a beautiful, multipurpose knife that is ideal for chopping, slicing, cutting, and mincing. The 7-inch blade features a Granton edge - dimples or scallops that allow for smooth cutting so food doesn't stick - and a double-sided bevel to the blade for more refined slicing. This knife has a broad face with a large spine that curves down to meet the tip making it ideal for prep work and moving food from the cutting board to the pan. A Santoku knife is smaller than a chef's knife making it lighter and easier to handle for those with smaller hands. Ideal for everyday use, the Santoku Knife is perfect for your culinary arsenal.

Santuko Knife initial review
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This knife was received from Napoleon for testing purposes and I am so glad it was sent to me. I have been buying knives for over 40 years trying to find the perfect knife and I think I have finally found it. When I received the knife, I couldn't help notice the weight of the knife. Perfect balance and it fit my hand perfectly. I immediately went to work cutting some raw meat and it sliced through it like butter. I even chose a piece of grisel in the meat to see how it cut, and it cut like I was cutting a regular piece of meat. Once the meat came off the barbecue, I was able to perfectly slice it into thin slices using this knife.
The 2nd day using the knife was no different. The experience was just the same as the previous day. Would I recommend this knife to anyone looking to purchase one? Yes I would.

This santoku knife is a treasure. I received this product for a few weeks and I have been using the knife to cut steak and fish. It is sharp and gives you clean slice of meat. My friend came over for bbq and was using that. He was amazed and very satisfied after using it.

Great all around knife!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Napoleon brand themselves handed me this nifty slicer for a test run, and let me tell you, it’s been a culinary adventure! For the past three weeks, this blade has seen action in the great watermelon divide, the precision crust-ectomy for kiddo sandwiches, and the artful dicing of meats and veggies. Color me shocked—it’s become my go-to gadget, even with my trusty Cutco arsenal and an array of meat-crafting cleavers at my disposal. The heft? Spot on. It’s like shaking hands with reliability itself. If you’re on the prowl for a dependable kitchen comrade, consider this your next purchase.

Amazingly sharp knife!
I received this knife as part of a promotional from Napoleon. For starters, the knife arrived extremely well packaged, almost overpackaged to be honest, but I was impressed that they invested so much into a small feature. The knife is ascetically pleasing, well balanced, and well branded with even putting the logo on the handle. I have two similar knives from other brands and this Napoleon knife outperforms both of them. It is incredibly sharp. I grill meat on a regular basis and this knife is also easier to hold and has better balance than my other knives do. The weight is very evenly distributed throughout the knife.
I will warn you, my wife and I have both barely touched our fingers while using this knife and both of us ended up with a cut. My other knives have never been that sharp to cut us which such little pressure.

Get a Grip and Let Her Rip!
This knife has been a dream to use. It fits quite well in my hand, with a reassuring heft and balance and solid grip. Whether chopping crisp vegetables, firm or slightly soft vine-ripened tomatoes, or slicing through medium rare marinated flank steak, the super sharp blade makes an easy job of the task. When that distant day arrives, it would be helpful to know the bevel angle of each side of the blade (10, 12, 15 degrees) so that I can properly sharpen it back to its out-of-the-box condition. Overall, I'm very happy with this Santoku knife. It certainly lives up to the quality of a Napoleon labeled product. Kudos!

The sharpest knife in the kitchen drawer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is an all-around winner! It easily slices through meat, potatoes, and even tomatoes without squishing the skin. I have small hands, and I really liked the size of this powerful knife. It is very well-balanced and gives you great leverage without having to apply much pressure when slicing. It is also constructed smoothly, which makes cleaning easy and quick. It handles better than any chef's knife I have ever used. Strongly recommend!
