Rated 1 out of 5 by Christine T from Poor experience so far Received this towel bar today in a damaged box that looked like a previous return. Installation parts are all missing. The towel bar is in good condition. This is the second Kohler purist item I’ve ordered the first was a shower trim kit with scratches , they sent me a new one after calling customer service. Customer service is great and very responsive but how about ensuring your product ships out without defect! Hope the other towel bars I’m waiting for are good or I’m done. The quality of the hardware itself is very good, I would recommend the product itself to a friend with disclosure about my experience.
