This mix is made for areas that receive a mix of both sun and shade. Apply in the spring or fall when average daily temperatures are between 15° C and 26° C. Seeds will begin to grow in 7 - 14 days. Highly resilient and tolerable to cold, drought, salt and other environmental stresses. Contains high-quality varieties of Creeping Red Fescue, turf-type Perennial Ryegrass, turf-type Tall Fescue and Kentucky Bluegrass. Covers up to 149 square metres (1605 sq. feet).

Don’t pay more than this for grass seed
Need to water twice daily like the instructions plus the seed needs warm weather to germinate. In my case no grass grew until we got a couple of warmer days. Looking good!

Grass growing very nicely in less than a week.
i bought this product on sale few weeks ago. Just about a week ago i added my grass seed afterwards i added fertilizer and added new soil, spread evenly and less than 2 weeks the grass is looking really good it is coming out nicely. I will be doing a second round around end of june and this should make it even more nice the lawn. For me 5 stars cause i had no issue great product.

Cheap seed with low germination rate.
I used 6 Bags on a smaller 1500 sq foot area. I aerated the lawn first, dropped seed then raked in then watered daily for a week & very little grew. Went to another store to buy another brand.

Green Grass to Grow
I mixed this with soil and spread on a bare area and after 10 days a lot is sprouting. It looks like it will be nice but it is too early to give it a 5. I would if it had matured to a thick lawn but the review was requested far too early.
