Cumbersome , hard to operate heater
This heater is very sensitive , you barely bump it or move it it shuts off , and seems to take forever to reset . to many buttons at the top all we need is a temp setting and a simple on and off switch. We have so much trouble with the operation of this unit . Also the heating element is only about a third of the size of this entire unit. bad purchase on my part.

I bought this for my kid’s apartment while they were waiting for the heat to be turned on. It warmed up the entire place quickly and kept it at a comfortable temperature.

Broke just out of warranty
Just out of warranty and the heater stopped working. On fan-only mode it works but any other mode nothing happens. There is no troubleshooting anywhere. No error codes.

Needs longer extension cord
I bought it for my 93 year old mom who had it on 24/7 so it is important that it is compact and easy to monitor the heat, safely, which it does very well

Great little heater!
I previously bought another heater with similar features, however I had to return it because it required assembly of the base and it was VERY wobbly especially as it oscillated. This heater requires NO assembly at all, and it works great! Very satisfied with this purchase!

Great Product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been extremely impressed so far with this Ceramic Tower Heater. Typically I use this tower heater while I am working in the basement. I was nervous at first because although the basement is not an overly large space, past tower heaters typically did not seem to make a difference to the temperature in the basement. To my surprise the heater did the exact opposite. Within 10 minutes, there was a clear change in temperature. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.
