Wrong product not as advertised, app won’t work
Website says Globe, receipt says Globe product arrives says Heath Zenith! Go in chat then into customer service, they say try it as it is the same model number. Won’t connect to the Globe app which is why I bought it, and had a crack on the sensor. Totally frustrated when I take it back as I don’t want a refund, I want the product I ordered. Gave me a refund without even asking me, so off I go to the electrical section, and purchase another one this doesn’t even work!!!!!!!’
