Fantastic all around, I wish I hadn't put up with my old ones for ten years
There has been some remodeling where I work, and they went with Kohler toilets. Impressed with their performance, I replaced a couple troublesome toilets here at home with Kohler, and I kick myself for not doing it way sooner. I went from getting excited when I didn't need a plunger, to not even reaching for one for a month now. Not to mention, they look fantastic. One particular feature I kind of nerd out over is they use the same style handle as the ones my parents bought in 1981! They are worth every penny, and the Aqua Piston technology is truth in advertising.

Very pleased!
I replaced my 30 yr old Memoirs with an exact duplicate. It was delivered within a week, and in perfect condition. The new flush has worked well so far.

Outstanding quality
I have been remodeling my master bath over the past year, a lot of my sweat & time involved. My wife and I are very proud of the appearance and functionality of the Memoirs toilet as an important final addition of the remodel. An item well worth the extra cost.

The inside broke and all the parts are discontinued. Love the toilet and want to fix it. We have three of the same ones.

DO NOT BUY THIS
bought this as one part of 3 to create the toilet. Much more expensive than the other two toilets I purchased but much less in quality. The lid is defective and clicks back and forth, the flush handle is loose no matter what we do to fix it. The seat is extremely uncomfortable.

From the moment of installation, 5 out 5 toilets ran constantly. Now it appears we need to get new parts to fix all 5 toilets. Unacceptable.
