I have mixed feeling...
First the product is sturdy and very well build except for the cable locking screw. This screw should have been provided with a concave tip (or any other engineering concept) that would have avoid risking damaging the cable and also avoid the cable to slip side of the nut shaft. Unlike the picture, the assembly is provided with a screw on handle and transform it into a truck dolly sort of, which is a nice feature. The air pressure switch is not sensitive enough IMO. You need to put a lot of pressure of the pedal to engage unit. The set of cutters provided (4) is nice. I have not put them to a lot of stress and hard tasks but the two I used made a good job.
All in all it's a good unit but costly for someone who's expecting to work on a clog once per 18-24 months. It's a well made machine and although not professional grade, it's very solid and robust. Despite the price, I would have gave 5 star if it was not of the cable locking screw, This is a major flaw in the design since this screw serve the purpose of locking the cable to make it spin. I had many issues operating this machine. The locking nut is too finicky a had the cable slipping on the side of the nut. You need to screw it very tight up to a point it tend to crush the cable, which is cause damage.
