J'ai installer 5 valves au total et les 5 ont brisées de la meme façon 1 a 2 ans après l'installation. Un petit morceau de plastique au bout de la valve brise et empêche celle-ci de fonctionner soit elle coule tout le temps ou lorsqu'on l'ouvre il n'y a presque pas de debit. Elles ont été installées selon les recommandations avec une pente .En lisant les revues, je réalise que bien des consommateurs ont eu le meme problème. J'ai écrit a Aqua-Dynamic car ils ont un kit de reparation sur leur site mais j'attends toujours leur reponse a savoir si le kit est une amelioration ou s'il presente la meme faiblesse en plastique.

Pire cochonnerie qui est possible d'acheter!
J'avais acheté en magasin sans regarder les reviews avant, je ne pensais pas qu'un robinet pouvait aussi être peu fiable.
Installé l'été passé, a bien fonctionné jusqu'a l'automne. Eau coupé tout l'hiver, voila qu'au printemps, y'a presque aucun débit d'eau.
Le robinet ne semble plus s'ouvrir suffisamment!
J'ai dû le changer, après même pas 1 an! Heureusement, mon installation ne nécessitait pas d'ouvrir des murs pour refaire la plomberie. J'ai acheté in Sharkbite, 2 fois plus cher, mais probablement 100 fois plus fiable, pour le remplacer. Dans un autre magasin.

J’ai acheté cette valve et après 1an elle se met à couler j’ai démonté cette valve et un petit morceau de plastique qui sert de fermeture était brisé

Complicated design, not freeze proof
Installed this last summer, and the past few weeks of -20 broke it.
I took it apart and it's quite obvious why it failed. Instead of a simple rubber washer like most valve, it uses a ceramic cartridge and a spring loaded anti-back flow valve. However this complicated mechanism and many small plastic parts cause it unable to drain even if you have another inside shutoff valve, and more vulnerable to partial freezing of any left over water. In my case the leftover water froze and pushed the anti backflow valve out of place and blocked water flow permanently. Probably decent design for warmer places but not for Eastern Canada.

Junk - don't buy it.

Falls apart inside. Very poor quality. I had two of these both failed with same issues. Do not buy.
