Was looking for something slightly different.
I looked up apartment friendly murphy beds. Expecting a system you drill into the wall....You have to drill it into the floor. Only the fascia box part attaches to the wall. You also have cut parts out for it to sit flush against wall if you have floor boards. I don't know how I'm going to disassemble it when I move. But it's doing the job for now.
