Works well, easy to install, very slow closing
We bought two replacements. Getting the old seats off (original to the house) was challenging, but, installing the new seats went quickly. Highly recommend using a socket wrench with 5/8 inch deep socket if room is tight.
These are very slow to close, but, they do close eventually and they are very quiet while closing. Takes a bit more effort to open - cost of having the self-close functionality.

Waste of Money. Terrible.
Who designed this stupid thing. Square hole for a round bolt... and, the bolt is larger than the hole it was designed for. Idiot design. Cannot return. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
