Ordered online and arrived on schedule, this faucet was easy to install with all parts needed shipped in the box. Only needed an adjustable wrench to install. Faucet looks great and is great to use, and was exactly what I was looking for...

quality of materials underwhelming
i was disappointed to find that the nozzle is plastic rather than metal, but it didn't really bother me so much until i actually installed it and feel like the subpar quality of the nozzle has compromised its functionality. in other words, it's made the water pressure really weak.
