I don't understand how a company does not have replacement kits for the wheels and axle. Trash Haulers are NOT gentle when they pick up in residential trash cans...and when they are tossed to the ground things break. And people in this horrible Bidenomics economy CANNOT AFFORD to buy new stuff all the time...WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO REPAIR...AND REPLACE LOST LIDS ALSO... WITHOUT WITHOUT WITHOUT!!!!! buying a new Trash can each and every time of an incident

Very poor design!!
Very disappointed!!! Second time buying these pails. First time after two weeks I thought someone stole the wheels off my can. This time I realized that the caps on the axle don't hold well. Gone after 3 weeks!!

Poor quality
I bought this in the spring 2023. The wheels fell off within about 2 months of using it. They came lose and I am unable to figure out how to repair them. Seems like a very common problem on here and rubbermaid should change the design. This was an expensive garbage can for it to already be broke. I always have trusted rubbermaid but this isn't good. I am so dissatisfied.

Expensive junk!
The roughneck wheeled trash can lid and wheel started falling off a few weeks after I bought it. It was a real hassle. I tried to glue the hat shaped metal retainer for the wheel but it kept on falling off. Now it’s missing! What an expensive piece of junk

Roughneck trash can is made cheaply
Purchased the Rubbermade Rough neck trash can . First time we used it the wheel fell off. The cap that holds the wheel in place is not sturdy at all. Now looking for a new cap after wheel came off for a second time with in one month

Nice size and works well just not durable.
I have purchased at least 8 of unit over the last 5 years. They do not hold up very well. My current unit began to split at the a few months ago, and now is basically unsuasible at less than a year old. I do expect these to crack during extreme cold weather, but my current problem began split @ the handle in May of this year.

This is NOT a good trash can!
I bought this last August. By December the wheel assembly fell apart. In spite of the “10 year” warranty Rubbermaid they wouldn’t replace it. And they didn’t even offer to replace the wheels!

wheels work, hinges do not. customer service bad.
the hinges do not last, now both are broke. The hinges are part of the frame and cannot be replaced or repaired. what a terrible design.
