Extremely disappointed
Bought this model 2 years ago. Maintained it as the manual specified. The steamer button no longer works. It was pricey and definitely not worth it. Of course there are no options for help, except saying to take it to get repaired.

expensive disposable iron
I've had this iron for 3 years, 5 months and it no longer functions. I used the iron 3-4 times a month and it performed superbly for approximately 144 times. I contacted the recommended repair stores but they will not service the iron.

Terrible product
Got mine not three weeks ago, it's already leaking like crazy - as soon as it warms up, it just starts pouring water out of the holes in the plate, and if you try to use it, it just consistently puts out lots of water alongside the steam. Essentially useless for ironing. Waste of money.

Efficient Perfect Steam Pro
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a good steam iron, and Rowenta- Perfect Steam Pro has exceeded my expectations with its efficient features and performance. The manual instructions were easy to follow and although whole unit is bigger than traditional iron, it is pretty easy to use.
I really like the removable water tank feature, which can hold upto 37 oz of water and gives the flexibility to refill for longer ironing duration. The iron is connected with the steam station via cord. I keeps the steam station on the floor and the iron works great on the ironing board.
I love that it has different steam and temperature settings, therefore, versatile in function. You can use it for different types of garments. I also like, that iron is lightweight and smooth to use.
When I used it for first time on linen, I was really happy to see the results of powerful steam. The burst of steam comes out evenly and without noise.
Now, I can iron garments much faster and more efficiently. I am impressed with the performance of steamer, because there was absolutely no water leak while I ironed. This powerful steamer smoothes tough wrinkles in less time. It is my favorite now!

Absolutely incredible steamer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is amazing. Truly a professional steam in the comfort of your home. It heats so quickly, and is so powerful. The quality is fantastic. The tank capacity is nice and big, so you don't need to refill it very often if steaming many things. And it's great to use tap water and not need distilled. I used to dread iron/steaming but this machine has made it a breeze. The hose is long, which is especially nice when steaming something like curtains. I love the locking system, so you can carry it by the iron handle. There are truly no cons, only pros. Highly, highly recommend this steam system!

Great Iron and Steamer !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Rowenta perfect Steam Pro a couple weeks ago. I needet something that works great and easy to iron and steam our cloths etc, because i dont like iron. But this Rowenta Pro is amazing , it is fun to use, i dont have to keep filling in water for the steam because the water container holds a lot of water, the iron is so easy to move over the item you iron, because the iron is not heavy and with the steam that comes out fast and powerful i can iron everything in a short time.It has different heat settings and multible steam settings. It works real silent. I also love that it has a nice long cord so i dont need an Extention Cord. Also the blue color is very atractiv. I highly recomend the Rowenta perfect steam pro it will make your iron/steaming so much easier!

Way more powerful than the average iron
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So what's so special about this iron you might ask? Well, it is like the superman of irons. It blows a strong steam through its nostrils, roars and is very strong. Undefeated, some might say.
The ultimate challenge for me is ironing linen. It is difficult to iron and it wrinkles easily. As soon as I put the iron down and pressed the steam button, I was in awe of the result. You do not need to go back and forth many times on the same area because this iron is a lot more powerful and it does the same job in probably less than half the time of a regular iron.
It is not too heavy, it is easy to maneuver and the cord was long enough to reach the ironing table. Instructions are clear and easy to follow.
You can fill the water container with untreated tap water, but if your water is too hard, mix it with 50% distilled water.
Some of my favorite features are the safety lock, which helps you carry the iron easily and the auto-off setting, which comes in handy if you get easily distracted, start ironing and then end up doing a different chore and completely forget about the iron. Oh and I almost forgot about the vertical steam ironing function - no need to get a vertical steamer as well when you have this 2-in-1 machine. This is especially useful when ironing blazers.
As you can see from the before and after photos, the iron did a very good job on this linen blouse. This is a great device if you dread ironing, because it makes the task easier and it saves you time.
The only downsize of this iron is the noise. It is noisier than I expected, but I guess you get used to it after a while. Be careful when using it, the steam is very hot.

Nice sleek design and You won't find one better!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this steamer consistently since I recieved it a few weeks ago. It is such a nice sleek design and not as bulky as I thought it would be. I was able to pull it out of the box and read the easy to follow instructions and away I went. I love having the large removable water tank also. This steamer heats up extremely fast and distributes the steam evenly on the garment. The smaller tip of the iron is perfect for getting in those corners. I recently used it on my curtains and was amazed at how easy it was, and how great they looked afterward. I find myself searching for reasons to use this steamer, it is absolute perfection! The quality is great too, it feels sturdy and the cord feels nice and durable too, i know this steamer was made to last!
