Description
Froth-Pak Spray Foam Sealant is a two component, quick-cure polyurethane foam that fills penetrations and cracks in rim joists, roof wall junctures and around pipes and ducts greater than 2 inches and less than 4 inches wide. Froth-Pak Sealant is a chemically cured foam designed to significantly reduce curing time. It dispenses, expands, and becomes tack-free in seconds, saving pros time on the job site. The new Froth-Pak Spray Foam has a GWP reduction of over 99% and contains no ozone depleting chemicals or HFCs while maintaining the performance attributes professional contractors expect.

Works as expected
This stuff was not as hard as I thought to use... :-) I have a slab on grade foundation that is sinking... I used this to fill the void between the bottom of the slab and the ground. I was hoping for a little lifting action, but in my case there was none, but if it slows the settling that will be enough for now. I did use a heating mat (Plant root starter mat) to get the two tanks up to 24c for a few days before I used it, I had no issues, I used three kits so far, all work very much the same.

Be aware this product is NOT CSA approved. BC building inspectors will not approve its use. I found out the hard way.
