Works as intended
We have an old house with terrible windows and floor vents that just direct air onto the windows creating ice in the winter (and eliminating any meaningful circulation of warm air!). Tried the little magnetic covers on regular vents but they just get knocked off constantly. These however have been great. I like that you can vent air from the top and the angle at the same time. Definitely made a difference in heating the house.
Took a star off because they’re flimsy and the little tabs that keep the vent cover popped up aren’t very secure. Lost two down the vents already.
Echoing previous reviews, I wish these came in something nicer than white plastic. We can fix the windows but we can’t really fix the location of the vents so it would be nice to have something a bit nicer looking for a long term solution.

I bought this to deflect heat from the top of a very small wall fireplace and it melted within a very short time... it was surprising because the fireplace is very small. I'm sure it would be fine for regular heat registers in the home
