Not Bottom Loading!
The photo online doesn’t show the water jug at all, so based on the name of the product I thought it was bottom loading. I contacted Lowes to ask them to change it so this wouldn’t be an issue for someone else and they said they can’t because they use the name provided by the vendor. Now I have to take time out of my day to return this and find a new water dispenser. VERY FRISTRATED!
