I thought it wasn’t working
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first turned on the vent, I thought it didn’t work well. I put a napkin on the stove to see if it’ll flutter, but it didn’t. The vent was also quieter than the microwave hood vent I had before. However, I tested the vent with cooking bacon and frying foods, and it did its job! My house, hair, and clothes doesn’t smell like food. The microwave vent I had before was horrible in comparison. I’m very happy with my purchase! (PS, make sure you get the right vent. I originally bought the slant, but it only has the top vent. The pixie has a top or back vent)

Great Hood
I've been using this for over a year now. I've washed the grilles a few times in the dish washer. I lined the dip pan with newspaper and never had to change it out as it isn't that oily/dirty. I wipe down as needed and had no issues what so ever. Great product, works as intended, and sleek design as well.
My only complaint would be I should've paid more to get the higher model for the touch sensors and automatic close/open of the intake cover.
