BLACK IS PEELING OFF
Black coating is peeling off!!! Given the price that Delta is charging for this product!!! Hardly even used.

Over priced plastic
I purchased this product over a month ago thinking it was great that it came as a whole package deal since buying multiple shower parts are a bit confusing and requires research to determine you have all the parts. Well I was wrong. This item is NOT the quality item one would expect for $1800+. I immediately opened the package thinking I received the wrong product doesn’t look the same the rainshower in small and pathetic looking. The finished and feeling is cheap and I fear it won’t last a month. So immediately requested a return the moment I opened the box. Now it’s a MONTH later and the Lowe’s team keep requesting photos of the product multiple times ....??? Why it is in the original packaging I opened the box and closed it and emailed. And now I have to jump through hoops to try and return. With Covid I can’t return in store. So I have to pay over $2000(incl tax) on my visa because multiple Lowe’s agents won’t send a return label. Typically I’m not a person to write reviews but when someone pays 1800 for junk and you can’t return it will upset a very patient person. This is NOT fair Lowe’s and beyond poor customer service I want my money back please
