Robinet difficile à tourner
J'ai acheté ce robinet il y a trois ans et depuis son installation, il a toujours été difficile à faire tourner, au point qu'il finit par se desserrer de l'évier auquel il est fixé. Il a d'abord été installé sur un évier à trois trous avec la base pour cacher les trous et ensuite sur un évier à un seul trou sans cette base. Le problème demeure depuis la première installation et il est inutile de resserrer la base du robinet, celle-ci finit toujours par se desserrer au bout de quelques jours.

Help to install
Just a note about the installation manual. At B1 do insert the black support and the ring inside on top of the escutcheon before inserting the faucet body. Otherwise, the faucet will not turn properly and the escutcheon will be scratched. This is not shown on the manual.

Very disappointing
I bought this faucet 3 years ago, after about 2 months the handle became loose and got
more and more loose. I ended up tightening it a couple of times a month for a couple of
years, finally the Allen key broke off inside the column. Then it became impossible to
tighten, then it started leaking from the faucet and after a few days it started leaking from
the base of the column, then it started leaking from the center of the column, now it leaks
from three places and when you move the faucet from side to side it makes this grinding
sound, and the water control has become more and more difficult to move and it takes two
hands to turn it off. I couldn't take this piece of junk anymore so it's been replaced. I would
never recommend a moen product to anyone. What a waste of money
