Description

This chrome lavatory faucet from Peerless(TM) features a tubular spout and a lever-type handle that create an elegant style. Sturdy construction made of lead-free solid brass. Uses a ceramic cartridge. For an installation with 1 or 3 holes and includes an optional escutcheon. Comes with a 50/50 pop-up. The flow rate of this faucet, namely 1.2 gal./min (4.5 L/min), allows you to save water without compromising its efficiency. It offers you a maximum pressure of 60 psi (414 kPa). This product meets the EPA criteria and is WaterSense approved by CSA. This item is covered by a limited lifetime warranty on parts and finish for residential use, and 5-year for commercial use.

I chose to go with this style because its design allowed for more space to be used in the sink by the way it stands up taller before it curves downward. I also like the single hand hot/cold water control. My last one had the two hand and this one is much more convenient when trying to get warm water.

This one is nice and tall so I can comfortably get my hands under the faucet and into the water to wash them. It is packaged with everything needed for install except some plumbers putty but that's no biggie. I also liked that it could be installed with or without the trim piece to cover the other holes in the sink if you have to (which I did).

The quality is excellent and the Crome does not leave any finger prints or water marks. The packaging was nice and instructions were easy to follow. I was able to install easily on my own.

My bathroom looks so much nicer and at such a low price! the chrome finish is really classh and its easy to wash my hands or fill the dogs water bowls. The instalation was pretty easy to do my self but I have done these a few times so that experience helped.
