great Customer Support and Great Product
I purchased this unit from a retailer and somehow the wrong unit was ordered. We built the walls to the original specs so when it came time to install the Side panel it was to tall and that is when we found out we has the wrong measurements from what was ordered
Dream line Customer Service replaced the side glass to match the door
I have a custom fit door and the quality is on par with the custom door
I would recommend the product
