Belt broken
I absolutely loved this vacuum so much I bought 2 of them and then the belt broke. I looked everywhere to find a replacement belt and finally called customer service on the chat and found out there are no belts available. I see that this is a Common thread through most of the reviews so I amwondering WHY they do not have belts available for this product.

Bad roller brush
Vacuum only has less than 1 hour use and the roller brush stopped moving, and the belt is NOT broken!

NO but not because it doesn't work.
I have a large family and lots of pets. The vacuum itself i feel like worked pretty well until my belt broke. The belt cannot be found ANYWHERE! So I guess the price was for a temp. vacuum.

I would buy this product again and again
I used the product to vacuum up a lot of pet hair ! It works great and I have a very long haired dog in my home ! It cleans very effectively ! I would highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used the sweeper a few times.What I can say,to date is: Good suction power.However,I'm concerned about the longevity of all the plastic pieces and it's less-than-stable sitting when standing upright.

Razor Pet clogs & top heavy
Razor Pet vacuum feels top-heavy as it arm fatigue. The roller-brush tolerates stalls that happen when object snags occur, & pet fur clogs at hose connection requires skill to unclog.
