I purchased this online, installed it, and found that there was a pressure lock problem with the main valve in the faucet. This led to a 'knocking' problem.
I reported the problem to the company and they replaced the whole faucet. I've installed the new faucet and find it to be working well without the knocking that was present in the first unit.
The spray nozzle does still drip , but for the price and the consumer service, I'm satisfied.
