Missing 1/2 it’s hardware, Self lowering is nice.
I ordered 2 of these online because they weren’t available in my local store BUT… only 1 was shipped & the shipping label said my order was complete, but obviously it wasn’t. That 1 was missing the silicone stabilizing pad for one of the hinges + the screws to attach it to the toilet, but luckily I still had the old plastic screws from my old one.I phoned customer service , they promptly called the store in Calgary that it was sent from and had them ship me the missing 2nd seat. The 2nd one showed up the very next day BUT… it was missing over half of its hardware also!! (The customer service guy was nice but totally ignored my complaints about hardware missing). I made it work, but I’m really not impressed that the hardware that you need for attaching to the toilet, and adjusting the seat forwards or backwards to fit on your toilet properly was missing.
The self lowering/closing feature is really nice and quiet, you just have to give it a little nudge to get it going. The seat has kind of an awkward shape to it since it’s not flat, it has a higher outer edge and a lower sloped edge to it. It looks pretty good though, I especially like how the lid entirely covers the seat and hides it.

Cover was too wobbly
Installed easily, tight fitting to the toilet. The problem was the toilet cover was too wobbly. The seat itself was fine.

Best Toilet Seat
Wish I could order more. Favorite toliet seat by far. Seen it at Hiltom Hotel and said " I need this at home". Sadly it looks discontinued and I have 3 more toliets that need this seat. I'll like to have a few back ups. Hopefully I'll see more to order.
