Great drainage but hard to keep clean
I purchased this primarily because of the great drainage feature with which I am very happy. It sits nicely on the counter and drains into the sink without a tray. However, it is brutal to keep clean because it has so many fixed pieces around which stain can attach as well as the nooks and crannies in the cutlery holders. If you are like me and working to reduce plastic purchases, you won't want to replace your dish drainer often.

Good but can be improved
Just received mine yesterday. Good size, seems sturdy and drains ok even with a lipped sink. There's always room for improvement and here is where I think some changes could be made to make it an even better product: the utensils compartments could use either a rubber or pinned bottom like the one in the main section to prevent the utensils from sliding around and getting out of place as you keep adding. Something i'll have to MacGyver myself. Also, the side handles are nice but, 1- they could be smaller to help avoid smaller containers or lids from falling out as you load the rack. Not a big issue though. 2- the handles could be rounded some on the inside where the palms of your hand grips to lift, especially if someone picks it up full to unload elsewhere in your kitchen. Just some little finishing touches that could make it an even better product than it already is. Thanks

Bigger would be BETTER
I picked this up at a Ross because I was in a pinch after remodeling. I truly love it but wish they would make one a bit bigger! It’s perfect for my apron sink!!

Compact sturdy
I like it. Dark color, good drainage. Not too big. Fits dishes pots cookie sheets, just not all at the same time. Fits my style in that I use my dishwasher for most daily dishes but often have a couple items to hand wash. 9/10, would buy again. Only thing missing is places to dry cups/glasses on the outside of tub.
