We used the 4 year (Resistoseal) driveway sealer on our driveway. We can see areas that we do not like. How long do we have to wait to do a second coat?

Waste of time and money
Spend the extra $3 and get what appears to be the same product but only had a red and black label. Does the job with half the amount of product and does it much easier to apply

Disappointed to say the least
Terrible product - caused our interior flooring to turn yellow in traffic areas in the entrance & kitchen. We will need to replace our flooring (at our cost) as we cannot remove the staining which is very noticeable. Extremely disappointed with the product & subsequent customer service. Applied product in the fall (applied & dried beautifully), had no issues until mid winter. Now almost every time we come into the house with our outdoor boots, they are black on the bottom leaving dark prints wherever we step (or black paw prints from the dog). Constantly washing floors & rugs in order to slow down further staining of indoor flooring.

Protecteur d'asphalte Resistoseal
Il y a quelques années, l'on m'avait donné un 5 galons de protecteur provenant d'un magasin spécialisé en pièces d'autos. Ce fut un désastre. Depuis que j'utilise Resistoseal, les résultats sont excellents. Beau fini protecteur qui sèche assez rapidement pour replacer l'auto dans l'entrée avant la fin de la journée du traitement. Resisto signifie pour moi RÉSISTER!

Good product but coverage is very small
It says that covers between 200 and 600 square feet. The realty is 200 unless, you have a marble asphalt without pores (which is impossible :) ) Other than that, the product looks great

Really lasts 4 Years or more
Bought this 4 years ago and it went on great. Four years later and it still is mostly black. (see Picture) I probably could wait another year or 2 but my old drive way has a number of cracks I want to keep water and weeds out. So time for another coat.
Did my girlfriends crumbling drive way last year and it is doing a good job of holding it together.
Great Canadian product!
